How did I miss this? I read your blog on the economy – I am so proud of you for understanding it so well and being able to explain it – if you were an economic advisor (hopefully republican-lol), I would have renewed faith that at least 1 candidate was getting sound advice on how this stuff works.

Throughout this election year, I am AMAZED & DISTRESSED that small business owners are not revolting IN DROVES against the entire Obama campaigne – and I hope the media is lying (which is likely) about the polls because it is truly distressing to think Americans can be so stupid about what economic freedom has done to make this country great & prosperous. Problems? YES but the problems stem from dis-unity, unpatriotism, jealousy, laziness, distrust, greed, and special interests, which are personal HEART problems in people, not characteristics of capitalism.

As we’ve seen socialism creeping into American social and economic policy (but finally appearing with a big “BOO! in this election), we also have seen a drastically increased INTOLERANCE for faith & freedom of expression that is considered “politically incorrect”.

People are somehow completely missing the point (the Bible calls this “blind”) that socialism defines, limits, and controls both the distribution of wealth from an economic standpoint AND personal FREEDOMS from a social standpoint.

“It’s the Economy, Stupid” and a lot of other things that we, the American people, better open our eyes to SOON and figure out HOW to start taking care of our heart problems –
